Our Performance

We were extremely pleased with the results of the last Tenant Survey which recorded 83% overall satisfaction with the service provided by Affinity. The same survey also found that:

• 88% of respondents were satisfied with the ability of staff to deal with their enquiries
• 92% of the respondents stated that staff are pleasant and polite
• 80% of the respondents were satisfied with their neighbourhood as a place to live
• 73% of the respondents were satisfied that staff listened and acted on views
• 78% of the respondents expressed satisfaction with the opportunity to make their views known
