Home Swap
The Council uses the Home Swap scheme to enable tenants to live in accommodation more in line with their housing needs. It is a good way of making sure that those tenants living in overcrowded accommodation can exchange with those who are under occupying. The Home Swap Scheme is also a good way of allowing those tenants who are affected by the Bed Room Tax to downsize. Register for Social Housing
