Affinity Housing prides itself on providing customer responsive services to our residents. We feel that the best way of delivering services that are in line with the needs of our residents is to listen and work in partnership with our servcie users. Therefore, we work closely with the North Whitley Tenants and Residents Team as well as use feedback from satisfaction surveys and complaints procedures to ensure that we:
  •  Provide services which are accessible to all members of the communities we serve;
  •  Endeavour to get things right first time every time;
  •  Actively involve residents in decisions that affect the quality of services provided by us;
  •  Can achieve value for money; and
  •  Use feedback to attain continuous improvements
We are proud of the progress we have made to date since taking over the management of the PFI contract in  2004. We look forward to the continued support from our residents and our Reading Borough Council Client in our drive to make a real difference to the lives of people who live on the North Whitley estate.
