Repairs FAQ's

How long will it take before my repair is carried out?

Typically this will depend on the nature and category of the repair works need and we the categories we use are as follows:

  • Out of Hours and Emergency repairs - Attend within 3hours
  • P1 - Attend within 24hours
  • P2, P3, P4 & P5 - Date and time slot to be agreed AM (08.00am - 12.00pm) or PM (12.00pm - 17.00pm)

However, please tell us if you are disabled, have mobility problems or wish us to avoid school runs. If we think your situation is such that it warrants a quicker response we will  we will arrange a date and time slot for an inspector to come round and inspect the repair prior to the repair being booked in.


What happens after my repair order has been raised?

Once a repair has been raised we will send you:

  • Confirmation of your repair request and appointment date/ time
  • a repairs satisfaction form

When your repair is complete please fill out the repairs satisfaction form and send it back to us - this helps us improve our repair service and you will currently be entered into our free prize draw.
