To report a repair call the repairs Free phone 0800 0286 942 during normal office opening hours (09.00am - 17.00pm). Any emergency repairs can also be reported on this number out of office hours.
When you call us we will:
Ask you for your name, address and daytime contact number;
Ask you to give us details about the repair you are reporting; and
Agree a date and a time slot depending upon the repair priority and when someone (over the age of 16years) will be available to give us access.
