When to pay

You rent is due by Monday for the week ahead.  You can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as your rent is paid in advance.  

What to pay

How much you pay depends on the size and type of your property and the area you live in. We review your rent each year and can introduce new charges at any time.
 
Please let us know if you wish to apply for Housing Benefit to help towards your rent - we can estimate how much benefit you are likely to get and how much you will have to pay yourself.  You must start paying your contribution straight away - if you don't you will find yourself in arrears and you could risk losing your home.
