Once under fire housing association Affinity has turned its fortunes around by becoming the first PFI Social Housing Project in the country to formally sign a Tenancy Agreement. In 2004 Affinity Limited was picked to carry out a £50 million revamp of 1,400 council homes in Whitley over the next 30 years. |
