Having left Pinnacle Consulting in August 2008 to set up his Management Consultancy, Qadeer has responsibility for the implementation of the overall strategic direction, overview, and effective service delivery of the Housing, Estate Management and Regeneration by QK Associates Limited on behalf of Affinity Housing Services (Reading).  A former CEO of Ujima HA, Qadeer has 4 years Consultancy experience working for many organisations including LB Hounslow, Rosebery Housing Association, Radian Housing Group, Medway Council and Brighton and Hove City Council. Qadeer has also served a Board member for English Churches, where he was Chair of their Complaints Committee. Qadeer has been working on this PFI contract since September 2006 and has made significant contributions to the success enjoyed by Affinity.

Regional Director of Newschools Limited

Matt Hayden, represents the client in its interface between Affinity Reading Ltd and RBC.

His role as General Manager for the Affinity Reading Limited, is responsible for the achievement of meeting service obligations through contracts with Wates Living Space and the Affinity Housing Partnership. He ensures that the contractors discharge its responsibilities to the Council and Tenants, for the Maintenance of properties and Housing Estate Management.

David joined Affinity in December 2006 as a Senior Housing Officer and following a very successful period was promoted to the post of Contract Manager in April 2008. David has responsibility for the day to day operations of the contract, staff management and working closely with residents to ensure the delivery of customer responsive services. Prior to joining Affinity, David worked for Reading Borough Council for over 13 years as member of their Housing Management Team. Apart from his local knowledge David has a wealth of housing experience which he has used wisely to help Affinity achieve many positive outcomes.
